The best plan level services can only work so well without excellent employee level services. We seek to help not only you, but also your employees pursue financial security in retirement. Through our employee level services, we aim to increase participation and reduce deferral rates for your retirement plan.
- Group Meetings
Beyond offering the basic group enrollment meetings, we also offer educational meetings that cover a variety of topics, from personal finance to 401(k) fundamentals. We also offer more personalized education during periods of market uncertainty to help keep employees invested.
- Individual Retirement Readiness
The hallmark of our employee level services are our one-on-one meetings with your employees. We provide a live, interactive projection that shows whether or not they are on track to “retirement readiness” (we define this as replacing 70% to 80% of their working income). Since many employees are not saving enough to meet that objective, we show them how small increases in their savings rate can make a big difference over time.
- A Responsive Service Team
We have a retirement plan call center staffed by a team of professionals well-versed in retirement plan administration. If your employees have any questions, they can call or email us and an experienced team member can help in a timely manner.
- Service Measurements and Reporting
Every time we work or speak with your employees - whether it’s in person, on the phone, or via email - we track and report the service activity. This helps you keep track of everything we deliver and lets you see the value of our services.
- Fee Based Financial Planning (Optional*)
Some of your employees may be interested in learning more about their financial situation and how to plan for the future. Our team of professional advisors can work one-on-one with an employee and prepare a personal financial plan encompassing all areas of their financial lives. *The cost is paid by participants who choose to engage with an advisor.
