Before joining the Preisz financial team. Jason worked in the financial industry at Northwestern Mutual, Ameriprise, and several local firms. Jason is currently on the Preisz Financial retirement plan service team, focusing on participant engagement and service, offering employee education meetings, enrollment meetings, and ongoing plan participant support.
Jason Tanz was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, and has lived in Oregon for close to three decades. He graduated from Oregon State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Economics with a minor in Business Administration.
When not at work, Jason enjoys an active and adventurous lifestyle by hiking, camping, snowboarding, playing basketball, and traveling; most recently, he spent a month in Europe, taking the train from London to Madrid, enjoying the cities, sites, and cultures along the way.
